                                   -10(20 ÷22 x5 ÷5 ) x 8 - 2. 

                          Can you work that out because I can !!!

                          20÷ 22 = 5 

                          5x5 = 25 

                          25÷ 5 = 9 

                         -10÷ 5 = -2

                         -2x = -16 -2 = -18

                        There you go try it you self sometime.

Bricks term 4

Kia ora Everyone,

We are nearing the end of the 2019 year 8s are going to high school and year 7s are becoming the oldest in the school.

And for mathematics, I am working on my bricks more precisely bricks: 17,19 and 21 last term I did 15 18 and 20. we are learning factors primes and multiplication I will do 20 to 30 minutes a week of bricks for my homework most likely on Monday.

Have you wanted caps for your school

Have you been running on the field and then your bucket hat comes flying off But if you had a cap you can put it back and it won't fall off. I think we should have caps because we will keep way more care       

 of them and be more responsible with them. I think we could really be useful to have caps here are some reasons. 

How many times in summer do you see the lost property overflowing because of how many times kids leave their bucket hats on the field? There is at least 40 in there 40 We could stop that by just giving us hats because Tora kids will keep way more care of them then bucket hats. So hope you take this message and there will probably be fewer hats in the lost probity box.  

And don't you hate having to tell the Tora kids to put there bucket hats back on but well we are running around it comes flying off but to stop this caps have adjustable tighteners so they want fly off .have seen the kids running with there hats in their hands that's because they fall off them and can't even do its purpose .

If you want Tora kids turning their bucket caps into caps just get actual caps how many times do you see the Tora kids wear the bucket caps like caps. And those caps are way less sun-safe than real caps because with real cap you can turn it around without it breaking. 

So if you give the Tora kids caps you will stop all those problems no more overflowing bins or telling them to put there caps back on so give us our caps and we promise it will be worth it.

For writing this term we are looking at persuasive language. This is an animation to persuade you that the orangutans need protecting. Their environment is being destroyed for the production of Palm Oil We can stop this by not buying products, that contain Palm oil.

Jews and Germans will never be mates.

The world is spinning from despair and hate

My country is afraid of the war

Jewish starving and poor   

I'm  trapped in a cage of bars

Top to bottom covered in scars

Nazis gun shots heard from a far

but nothing will stop me from finding my ma and pa

I traveled far for my Mum and  dad

no sign on them that very sad

People die nazi soldiers

Fighting for their country  but leaving jews starving

And  hungry

What we did for our Maori
